Details of all cargo imported into the United States must be filed with US CBP 24 hours before loading on a vessel.

Freight being exported from the United States can be filed through Cargo Manager's AES site.
Details of all cargo imported into Canada must be filed with CBSA 24 hours before loading on a vessel.
Details of all cargo imported in Japan must be filed with NACCS 24 hours before loading on a vessel.
Filing for a permit to transfer (PTT) is required to move freight from a US port to a bonded warehouse. Filing an IT is also required for moving freight between bonded warehouses in the US.
Importer Security Filing is required for freight imported to the US. ISF filing can be done in our standalone ISF program or combined with our AMS filing program.
With Cargo Manager's Customs Query program, you can query vessel details and status messages of any bill of lading, air waybill, in bond, or entry number in CBP's ACE system. You can also query bond details of importers.
